The conference will use ChairConf as the official conference management platform for paper submission. All submitted manuscripts will be handled through this system.
The conference will adopt a double anonymous peer review process to ensure an objective assessment of each submission.
Scientific Committee
The peer review process will be examined first by the scientific committee of the organizing committee, composed of PhD holders, researchers and experts in the fields. It is responsible for checking for plagiarism, managing the review workflow, selecting appropriate reviewers, monitoring the evaluation process, and ensuring the quality standards of the accepted paper.
Global Scientific Committee
Submitted papers will be assigned to members of the Global scientific committee, which consists of professors and experts with recognized expertise in the conference topics. Reviewers will evaluate manuscripts based on scientific quality, originality, relevance, methodology, and contribution to the field.
Number of Reviews
Each submitted paper will receive a minimum of two independent reviews. Depending on the case and the need for additional evaluation, a paper may be assigned up to four reviewers to ensure a rigorous and fair assessment process.
Acceptance Criteria
A submitted paper must meet: originality and novelty of the proposed idea, scientific relevance of the work, quality and consistency of the methodology, logical interpretation and discussion of results, and overall contribution to the fields. Papers must also comply with required publication standards, including acceptable similarity levels and proper citation of existing work.
Similarity Check — iThenticate
All submitted papers will pass a similarity check using iThenticate. The similarity index must not exceed 15%. Papers presenting excessive similarity or inappropriate use of previously published content will be returned for revision or rejected depending on each paper.
