    Call for Papers Launch

    The submission portal opens. Authors may begin submitting papers from this date.

  2. 1 September 2026

    Submission Deadline

    Deadline for all paper submissions. Papers already submitted on this date immediately enter the peer-review phase.

  3. 30 October 2026

    Acceptance Notification

    Authors receive the outcome of peer review and editorial decisions.

  4. 8 November 2026

    Registration Deadline

    At least one author per accepted paper must register by this date to secure inclusion in the proceedings.

  5. 30 November 2026

    Camera-Ready Submission

    Final revised versions of all accepted papers, incorporating reviewer comments, are due.

  6. 15 – 16 December 2026

    IRSEC’X Conference

    Two days of keynotes, thematic sessions, doctoral communications, and international networking at UEMF, Fès, Morocco.

Process

The conference will use ChairConf as the official conference management platform. All submitted manuscripts will be handled through this system and undergo a double anonymous peer review to ensure objective assessment.

Scientific Committee

Composed of PhD holders, researchers and experts, responsible for checking for plagiarism, managing the review workflow, selecting appropriate reviewers, monitoring the evaluation process, and ensuring the quality standards of the accepted papers.

Global Scientific Committee

Professors and experts with recognized expertise in the conference topics who evaluate manuscripts based on scientific quality, originality, relevance, methodology, and contribution to the field.

Similarity Check — iThenticate

All submitted papers will pass a similarity check using iThenticate. The similarity index must not exceed 15%. Papers presenting excessive similarity or inappropriate use of previously published content will be returned for revision or rejected depending on each paper.
